Standing on a plot that slopes towards the main road, extensive conversion work was carried out on the old building, and included building a wine tasting room and several offices on the ground floor as well as guest rooms in the attic. After decades of neglect, the mansion has regained an elegance that exudes the prestige of days gone by.
The new buildings follow local architectural traditions, both in terms of the proportions of mass and their placement on the plot. The wine processing unit is behind the mansion, while the carriage house is located opposite the unit, and a courtyard was therefore built this is accessible from the entrance on the upper street. In terms of architectural design, the sturdy, plastered masses that characterise the image of the settlement are dominant, and local tuff stone is used in prominent places of the buildings.
