Architect: László Kuli
The residence of the Grossmanns, a family of wine merchants, was built at the end of the 19th century. Originally designed with a U-shaped layout, the two-story structure followed an eclectic style, and a cellar was dug beneath parts of the house. Its entrance from Rákóczi Street was preserved when it was converted into a university guest house in 2016, The upper floor of the courtyard wing was rebuilt, and a breakfast room was built in the basement, which is also suitable for meetings and club events.
