This building, by now unfortunately demolished, was once one of the Swabian settlement’s most prestigious and beautiful houses in a prominent, central location, standing on an unusually large plot.
The residential house has a width of two rooms and its interior longitudinal wall runs along the entire length of the building, with several jumps, which is suggestive of construction done in several stages. The building must have housed two flats, as it has two kitchens. The one at the back has a free chimney supported by an impressive double vault and, extraordinarily, the entrance to the cellar starts from here too, however it leads towards the garden instead of under the building.
