It is one of the most historic buildings in the village. Legend has it that it was once the home of Máté Szepsi Laczkó. Although it is located in the centre, it is somewhat further away from the main street. It is made up of two tripartite homes built on top of each other: the rooms on the lower level have wooden beam ceilings and most of them presumably had a residential function, while the anteroom on the upper level is covered with groined vaulting and there is a kitchen with a free chimney behind. Almost all of the windows and doors – both exterior and interior – are over 150 years old.
The former, massive parapet wall of the ashlar steps leading to the upper storey is no longer standing but its stones were reused in other parts of the plot.
