During the conversion, the original horseshoe shape of the building was left intact but completed into a square on the rear side. The frame structure formed in this way took on the characteristic form of the traditional courtyard house that dominates the settlement image. The original layout of openings, proportions and gates on the street front were also left intact, and the same rhythm was used on the upper floor as well. The surface of the main façade is brick architecture, with cruciform stone plinths. The brickwork has a classic disciplined pattern and stacking order, which matches the atmosphere of the town.
